LCSWA
I am passionate about helping children and adolescents navigate challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and life transitions. I also enjoy partnering with parents and caregivers to strengthen family relationships, improve communication, and develop effective strategies that foster growth and resilience.
My therapeutic approach incorporates Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), allowing clients to build on their strengths, better understand their emotions, and develop practical skills they can apply in everyday life. As a Certified Child & Adolescent Grief Counseling Specialist (CGCS-CA), I provide developmentally appropriate, evidence-based support to help children and teens process grief, cope with loss, and heal in a safe and nurturing environment.
Whether I am helping a child manage big emotions, guiding a teen through anxious thoughts, or supporting a parent who feels unsure of the next step, my goal is to create a welcoming space where every client feels heard, valued, and empowered to move forward with confidence.
